I called Tom Waite because of a water leak in the garage over the holidays. He responded promptly, figured out the problem quickly, and replaced the leaky pipes within a couple of hours. I will be recommending Waite Bros Plumbing to my friends and neighbors.

These guys are incredible. TR and his team are at my house monthly as I live in a house with old cast iron pipes. They have always been able to fix my issues quickly and without a problem. They give me suggestions about what I can do to upgrade things, but are never pushy or trying to sell. These guys will always be my plumber!

Our garbage disposal was jammed. The plumbers released it but it was extremely noisy. We decided to upgrade to a better disposal since our’s was very old. They had the replacement in the truck and the whole job was done in around an hour. It was nice to see professionals doing a great job. They also cleaned to trap on our bathtub.
Been using Waite Brothers for years and they are the best. Nice guys. Hard workers. NEVER a rip off! WE had a slab leak (what knucklehead designs a home with the piping in the cement slab??? Grrrr). And they did a great job rerouting it through the walls.

Great service, competitive prices & most of all very knowledgeable. I had my bathroom remolded, the general contractor installed new shower valves and it was taking forever to get hot water. The general contractor and two other plumbers wanted to sell me a re-piping job. I called Waite Brothers and he said, over the phone, all I needed to do was turn a screw setting at the shower valve. He was right and that fixed that issue an no cost instead of several thousands of dollars. I have since had them out to the house for other jobs and have always been very satisfied.

DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Fixed severely backed up kitchen sink and cleaned out drain.
We got the name of the plumber from our home inspector and we are glad we did. We have used them for several renovation projects and have been pleased with the professionalism and their service. They fixed our outdoor fire pit and replaced a sink. Yesterday, we called them due to a bad kitchen sink clog. We got fast service and our kitchen sink and faucet have never worked better. I also appreciate the tips of how to keep problems from happening in the future. And recently one Sunday evening our water heater just quit! We called Waite Bros. and the owner asked us several questions and suggested that it may not be the water heater but a problem with the pilot light. He suggested we call our gas company and sure enough it was a small replacement part that cost $40. Another plumber might come out, charge time and a half for the same issue. I feel like Waite Bros. wants to do right by their customer. Highly recommend!

Ungraded all valves and fittings. Came same day as service request – very prompt, neat and courteous. Great work – have already used them for other plumbing issues

DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Replace two under sink drain assemblies to fix leaks, installed two faucet cartridges and a garbage disposal
We had a number of plumbing jobs that we had accumulated and got a recommendation to use a local company: Waite Bros. Plumbing. The plumber arrived on time, and was very careful to explain how he was making the various fixes. Our leaky drains were professionally replace, and new sink stoppers installed. Quickly and efficiently he removed and replaced the two Grohe cartridges in our kitchen and bathroom shower and then moved on to remove and replace our garbage disposer, including a brace for the drain because the new disposer was much heavier and he was concerned about leaks down the road.
